Does completing a form guarantee a route?
No. Availability, screening, training, and provider requirements must be confirmed. Do not report to a warehouse until you receive approval and a confirmed start date.
Where does my application go?
Your submitted intake goes to 360 Logistics’ private review sheet, labeled 360 Drivers, with your selected route and location. Other drivers and contractors cannot view your submission. Provider onboarding follows our review.
Which application should I complete?
No. The listed van delivery opportunities use a separate provider. Complete the 360 Drivers intake here. Recruiting will provide the correct provider onboarding and next steps.
How are payments handled?
Review the posted driver rate and confirm your first payment date before accepting. Van delivery route pay is $225 for 80–120+ packages, $200 for 51–79 packages, and $150 for 50 or fewer packages. Other listed rates are per stop or per package. Confirm the work period and payment schedule with recruiting.
